At Codyaidee, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund process to make things right.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Your return request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (such as your order number or confirmation email) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Items marked as final sale
- Used, damaged, or modified items not due to manufacturer defects
- Gift cards or digital downloads (if any)
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- We’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is defective or the wrong product was sent.
Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Reason for return
- Photos (if item is damaged or incorrect)
- We will provide return instructions and shipping address.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs (unless due to error or defect).
Exchanges
Need a different size or color?
Contact us within 14 days and we’ll help arrange an exchange if stock is available.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, please notify us within 3 business days of delivery. We’ll send a replacement or process a refund at no cost to you.
